What is the return policy?
Each of our products is made to order. We therefore do not generally accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for customer ordering errors, such as selecting the wrong size, color, design or other option, except where applicable law gives you a right to return or cancel your purchase.
If your product is faulty, damaged, not as described, does not match what you ordered, or we have otherwise made a mistake with your order, please contact us at mail@expressionize.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue and, where reasonably possible, photographs showing the problem. We may request additional information reasonably necessary to assess your claim.
Depending on the circumstances and the consumer laws that apply to your purchase, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Are any purchases final sale?
Because our products are made to order, we generally do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges where you ordered the wrong size, color, design or other option, except where applicable law gives you a right to cancel or return your purchase.

This change-of-mind policy does not affect your legal rights if a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, does not match your order, or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees or statutory requirements. When will I get my order?
All Expressionize products are custom-made to your exact requirements. You can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days if you are located within a country or region where we have a production facility – which includes the USA, Canada, UK, Europe and Australia. Expect delivery to take a little longer if you live outside one of these locations.
Where are your products manufactured?
Base garments come from established suppliers such as Gildan.
Customized printing and embroidery take place at production facilities in the USA, Canada, UK, EU and Australia, and orders for those markets are made and shipped from the facility in that market. For the rest of the world, orders are made and dispatched from the most convenient location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary according to your location and the size and weight of the shipment. They are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Are taxes and duties included?
Where it is required, sales tax, VAT or GST is calculated and shown at checkout. Orders for the USA, Canada, UK, EU and Australia are produced and shipped within those markets, so they are not subject to import duties or tariffs. For other countries, customs or import fees, where applicable, are paid by the purchaser.
