Sizing

What sizes do Expressionize garments come in?

Most Expressionize tees, hoodies and sweatshirts come in sizes S to 5XL, and some designs are offered in S to 3XL. The sizes available for each design are shown on its product page. Baseball caps are one size, with an adjustable strap.

Do the garments fit true to size?

All garments are unisex. Every product page has a size table with the garment's length and width (and sleeve length for tees) in both inches and centimeters. The quickest way to choose is to measure a garment you already own and like the fit of, then compare it with the table. Materials and care

What are the garments made of?

Unisex classic tee: 100% cotton Gildan tee, fabric weight 5.0–5.3 oz/yd² (170–180 g/m²), with taped neck and shoulders.
Unisex hoodie: Gildan heavy blend, 50% pre-shrunk cotton and 50% polyester, fabric weight 8.0 oz/yd² (271.25 g/m²), with a double-lined hood and front pouch pocket.
Unisex sweatshirt: cotton-polyester blend crewneck.
Baseball cap: 100% chino cotton twill, unstructured 6-panel low-profile cap with an adjustable strap and antique buckle. Designs are embroidered.

White garments may look off-white rather than bright white because of the fabric.

How are the designs printed?

Tees, hoodies and sweatshirts are printed using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, which applies the ink directly onto the fabric and reproduces high-resolution images and crisp text. Caps are embroidered. Every item is made to order when you place your order.

How should I wash my garment?

To keep the print bright and the fabric soft:

Turn the garment inside out before washing.
Machine wash cold (up to 30°C / 86°F) on a gentle cycle with similar colors, using a mild detergent.
Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry.
If ironing is needed, iron inside out on a low setting and do not iron directly on the print.
Do not dry clean.

Embroidered caps are best spot cleaned or hand washed in cold water and left to air dry.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders delivered to the USA, Canada, UK, EU and Australia typically arrive within 7–10 business days, including production. Delivery to other countries may take longer. Full details are on the Shipping policy.

Where is my order made and shipped from?

Base garments come from established suppliers such as Gildan. Printing and embroidery take place at production facilities in the USA, Canada, UK, EU and Australia, and orders for those markets are made and shipped from the facility in that market. For the rest of the world, orders are made and dispatched from the most convenient location.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary according to your location and the size and weight of the shipment. They are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. You can track your order through your account.

Because orders for the USA, Canada, UK, EU and Australia are produced and shipped within those markets, they are not subject to import duties or tariffs.

Returns and faulty items

Can I return or exchange an item?

Each product is made to order, so Expressionize does not generally accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for ordering errors, such as selecting the wrong size, color, design or other option, except where applicable law gives you a right to return or cancel your purchase. What if my item is faulty, damaged or wrong?

If your product is faulty, damaged, not as described, does not match what you ordered, or your order has not arrived, email mail@expressionize.com with your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photos. Depending on the circumstances and the consumer laws that apply to your purchase, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy. If a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

The designs

Are the university and college designs official merchandise?

No. Expressionize college and university garments carry an original Expressionize name design and no institutional logos. They are not official merchandise and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the institution.

Are the artworks and quotes used legally?

Artworks and images on Expressionize products are in the public domain, quotes are used within fair-use limits or are in the public domain, and other designs are original to Expressionize. If you believe a design infringes your rights, email mail@expressionize.com with the details.
