Shipping and delivery to your door is undertaken by the most reliable and economical means, using air where required. Shipping costs vary according to your location and the size/weight of the shipment. The costs are calculated and quoted at checkout. You can track the progress of your order through your Shopify account.
Shipping costs are additional, and are quoted as part of the checkout process.
For purchases with delivery addresses in the USA, Canada, UK, EU and Australia, our products are customized and shipped from our production facilities located in each of these markets, so not subject to import duties of tariffs. Locate sales taxes, VAT/GST may be applied where required and this will be quoted as part of the checkout process.
Similarly, for Canadian customers our products are customized and shipped from the USA, so not subject to import duties of tariffs.
For the 'Rest of the World' our shipping policy is to customise and despatch from the most convenient location - to minimize complexity. Customs or import fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the purchaser.

What is the return policy?
If we’ve made a mistake with your order, or if there is a manufacturing or quality issue with your product, we will gladly replace or refund your purchase.
We will need an email from you quoting the order number and details, along with an explanation of the issue and images from your cell phone to confirm this.

Are any purchases final sale?
Because each of our products are made specifically to order, all sales are final unless there is a quality issue or we have made a mistake with your order, as explained in the FAQ ‘What is the return policy?’
For this reason, please carefully check the size guide for garments which is available in both inches and centimeters – and can be found in the FAQ section ‘Garment Size Guide’
When will I get my order?
All Expressionize products are custom-made to your exact requirements. You can expect to receive your order within 7-10 days if you are located within a country or region where we have a production facility – which includes the USA, Canada, UK, Europe and Australia. Expect delivery to take a little longer if you live outside one of these locations.
Where are your products manufactured?
Base garments are made to the highest standards from reputable suppliers (such as Gildan) in countries that include Nicaragua, Honduras, and Bangladesh.
Customised printing and embroidery takes place at state-of-the-art production facilities, using the latest technology, based in the USA, Canada, UK, EU and Australia and shipped to you from the closest facility, thus avoiding import and customs duties, tariffs, or other complications for most orders.
How much does shipping cost?

We use the most economical and reliable air freight, and because our production facilities are located within most major markets around the world the shipping cost is minimal.
