Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders above certain minimum purchase amounts. These minimum purchase amounts are:

What is the return policy?
Every Expressionize garment is printed especially for your order. We want you to feel confident buying from us.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or different from what you ordered, email mail@expressionize.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description and photos where reasonably possible. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy at no additional cost, which may include a replacement or refund. We will not require you to pay return shipping for our error.
If you ordered the wrong apparel size, contact us within 30 days of delivery. For eligible first-time orders, we offer one courtesy size replacement of the same design and garment style, subject to availability and our fair-use checks. You pay a flat replacement shipping charge disclosed and agreed before we proceed; we cover the replacement garment. You normally do not need to send the original back. This courtesy offer does not cover a different design, color preference or a change of mind.
Courtesy size replacements are available for unworn, unwashed garments (trying on is fine). We may ask for photographs and may limit unusually large, repeated or suspected-abuse claims. If a size was incorrectly labeled or supplied, it is treated as our error rather than a courtesy exchange.
For other changes of mind, we cannot ordinarily accept returns because items are made to order. Please consult the size guide before purchase.
For a lost or undelivered order, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law and the circumstances.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. We aim to confirm a decision within 3 business days of receiving the necessary information and initiate an approved refund within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Where law gives you a longer claim period, cancellation right, refund, replacement or other remedy, those rights prevail. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Because our products are made to order, we do not ordinarily accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including for a different design, color or other option, except where applicable law gives you a right to cancel or return your purchase.
If you ordered the wrong apparel size, eligible first-time orders can receive one courtesy size replacement when you contact us within 30 days of delivery. See “What is the return policy?” above for the conditions.

None of this affects your legal rights if a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, does not match your order, or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees or statutory requirements.
When will I get my order?
All Expressionize products are custom-made to your exact requirements. Estimated production and shipping times from the date of your order are:
- USA – 6-8 business days
- Canada – 7-10 business days
- United Kingdom – 5-7 business days
- European Union – 6-8 business days
- Australia – 8-11 business days
- Other countries – 10-16 business days
What About Copyright, Trademarks and Intellectual Property?
We take copyright, trademark and related intellectual
property as a serious matter.
For this reason, we have taken careful steps to either:
· Ensure that any images or content we are offering on print-on-demand products are in the Public Domain, and not subject to any copyright restrictions, or
· Ensure that any quotes used on out products are subject to the limited ‘fair use’ requirements or are otherwise in the Public Domain, or
· Create original content or images that are unique to Expressionize, and do not infringe on any legitimate copyright or trademark provisions
Should you have any concerns or believe your copyright, trademark or any other legitimate intellectual properties have been contravened, this is completely unintentional and upon provision of evidence will be corrected in a timely manner.

Are Expressionize University or College Garments Officially Licensed Merchandise?
No, Expressionize garments are not officially licensed merchandise by any college, university or related institution and we state this fact explicitly and do not claim otherwise. This approach is deliberate.
In every instance we have created a new design and used a commercially available type face, which is in the public domain.
Our garments are high quality (Gildan for tee shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies for example) and the direct-to-garment printing process (DTG) produces a crisp finish that is highly resistant to fading and will survive many uses and washes. Our garments are fully guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
This approach, plus our print-on-demand manufacturing process (which prints each order when received rather than holding inventory) typically means that an Expressionize college or university garment costs half or even one third that of ‘officially licensed’ merchandise, and we are able to
deliver in a range of colors and styles from small through 5XL.
Added to this is the ease of ordering on a global basis, and the fact that our production and despatch facilities are located in the USA, Canada, UK, EU and Australia to maximize delivery times and minimize tariffs or import duties for most purchasers.
Purchasing officially licensed merchandise bearing the trademarked or copyright images of your chosen institution is always an option should you prefer this – simply compare this option with Expressionize and make your own decision!
As we have stated elsewhere, should an institution have any concerns or believe their copyright, trademark or any other legitimate intellectual properties have been contravened, this is completely unintentional and upon provision of evidence will be corrected in a timely manner.

Where are your products manufactured?
Base garments come from established suppliers such as Gildan.
Customized printing and embroidery take place at production facilities in the USA, Canada, UK, EU and Australia, and orders for those markets are made and shipped from the facility in that market. For the rest of the world, orders are made and dispatched from the most convenient location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated on your order subtotal and shown at checkout before you pay. Orders over a set amount ship free:
- USA – US$4.95 to $11.95, free on orders of US$69 and over
- Canada – C$11.99 to $17.99, free on orders of C$99 and over
- United Kingdom – £3.99 to £9.99, free on orders of £49 and over
- Europe – €4.99 to €9.99, free on orders of €59 and over
- Australia & New Zealand – A$7.99 to $13.99, free on orders of A$99 and over
- Rest of world – US$12.50 to $23.50, free on orders of US$119 and over

Are tariffs, taxes and duties included?
Where it is required, sales tax, VAT or GST is calculated and shown at checkout. Orders for the USA, Canada, UK, EU and Australia are produced and shipped within those markets, so they are not subject to import duties or tariffs. For other countries, customs or import fees, where applicable, are paid by the purchaser.
