If we’ve made a mistake with your order, or if there is a manufacturing or quality issue with your product, we will gladly replace or refund your purchase.
We will need an email from you quoting the order number and details, along with an explanation of the issue and images from your cell phone to confirm this.

Are any purchases final sale?
Because each of our products are made specifically to order, all sales are final unless there is a quality issue or we have made a mistake with your order, as explained in the FAQ ‘What is the return policy?’

When will I get my order?
AllExpressionizeproducts are custom-made to your exactrequirements.You can expect to receive your order within 7-10 days if you are located within a country or region where we have a production facility – which includes the USA, Canada, UK, Europe and Australia. Expect delivery to take a little longer if you live outside one of these locations.
What About Copyright, Trademarks and Intellectual Property?
We take copyright, trademark and related intellectual
property as a serious matter.
For this reason, we have taken careful steps to either:

Ensure that any images or content we are offering on print-on-demand products are in the Public Domain, and not subject to any copyright restrictions, or

Ensure that any quotes used on out products are subject to the limited ‘fair use’ requirements or are otherwise in the Public Domain, or

Are Expressionize University or College Garments Officially Licensed Merchandise?
No, Expressionize garments are not officially licensed merchandise by any college, university or related institution and we state this fact explicitly and do not claim otherwise. This approach is deliberate.
In every instance we have created a new design and used a commercially available type face, which is in the public domain.
Our garments are high quality (Gildan for tee shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies for example) and the direct-to-garment printing process (DTG) produces a crisp finish that is highly resistant to fading and will survive many uses and washes. Our garments are fully guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
This approach, plus our print-on-demand manufacturing process (which prints each order when received rather than holding inventory) typically means that an Expressionize college or university garment costs half or even one third that of ‘officially licensed’ merchandise, and we are able to
deliver in a range of colors and styles from small through 5XL.
Added to this is the ease of ordering on a global basis, and the fact that our production and despatch facilities are located in the USA, Canada, UK, EU and Australia to maximize delivery times and minimize tariffs or import duties for most purchasers.
Purchasing officially licensed merchandise bearing the trademarked or copyright images of your chosen institution is always an option should you prefer this – simply compare this option with Expressionize and make your own decision!

Where are your products manufactured?
Base garments are made to the highest standards from reputable suppliers (such as Gildan) in countries that include Nicaragua, Honduras, and Bangladesh.
Customised printing and embroidery takes place at state-of-the-art production facilities, using the latest technology, based in the USA, Canada, UK, EU and Australia and shipped to you from the closest facility, thus avoiding import and customs duties, tariffs, or other complications for most orders.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary according to your location and the size/weight of the shipment. The costs are calculated and quoted at checkout. We use the most economical and reliable air freight, and because our production facilities are located within most major markets around the world the shipping cost is minimal.
Are tariffs, taxes and duties included?
Our production and despatch facilities are located within the USA, Canada, UK, EU and Australia. At the time of writing (August 2026) purchases made for delivery within each of these regions will not be subject to tariffs or international import duties, however will attract relevant local sales taxes (e.g. sales tax in many US States, VAT in the UK or GST in Australia).
Any such charge will be stated clearly at checkout, before you commit to the purchase.
For delivery addresses outside of the above jurisdictions, wewill despatch the finished products from the optimal location, and any import or customs costs will be the responsibility of the recipient.
In most cases,with the prevalence of international shipping/fulfillment and the relatively low cost of Expressionize items, this is likely to be zero however any relevant
costs will be the responsibility of the recipient.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
