Because each of our products are made and customized specifically to order, all sales are final unless there is a quality issue or we have made a mistake with your order, or the order has not arrived.
If we’ve made a mistake with your order, or if there is a manufacturing or quality issue with your product, we will gladly replace or refund your purchase.
We will need an email from you quoting the order number and details, along with an explanation of the issue and images from your cell phone to confirm this.

When will I get my order?
All Expressionize products are custom-made to your exact requirements. You can expect to receive your order within 7-10 days if you are located within a country or region where we have a production facility – which includes the USA, Canada, UK, Europe and Australia. Expect delivery to take a little longer if you live outside one of these locations.
Where are your products manufactured?
Base garments are made to the highest standards from reputable suppliers (such as Gildan) in countries that include Nicaragua, Honduras, and Bangladesh.
Customised printing and embroidery takes place at state-of-the-art production facilities, using the latest technology, based in the USA, Canada, UK, EU and Australia and shipped to you from the closest facility, thus avoiding import and customs duties, tariffs, or other complications for most orders.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary according to your location and the size/weight of the shipment. The costs are calculated and quoted at checkout. We use the most economical and reliable air freight, and because our production facilities are located within most major markets around the world the shipping cost is minimal.
Are taxes and duties included?
Where it is required, sales tax or VAT/GST will be calculated and added at checkout. As we produce and despatch our products from within major markets around the world, in most cases import duties, tariffs, or customs clearance fees do not apply, however where applicable these are the responsibility of the purchaser.
