Returns & Refunds
Because each of our products are made and customized specifically to order, all sales are final unless there is a quality issue or we have made a mistake with your order, or the order has not arrived.
If we’ve made a mistake with your order, or if there is a manufacturing or quality issue with your product, we will gladly replace or refund your purchase.
We will need an email from you quoting the order number and details, along with an explanation of the issue and images from your cell phone to confirm this.
